Made-to-order gowns require production time and a consultation appointment. Custom measurements and design details are confirmed during your appointment. Please refer to our appointment booking page for scheduling.
Shipping times vary by location. We offer international shipping with tracking. THEeBRIDALS is not responsible for customs delays or duties imposed by the destination country.
Due to the intimate nature of bridalwear, all sales are final on made-to-order and custom gowns. Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Contact us for details.
